Do you have graphql dependency explicitly added in package.json?

I did have graphql in my package.json and removing it did fix the issue, but I guess you found a better fix that will always just work?

We shouldn't have graphql dependency in our packages but we had so I removed it. You should always install graphql deependency by yourself.

@ardatan postgraphile still has it as a dependency. Therefore the problem still exists if you follow installing graphql at the root and it isn't the same as postgraphile which is included in the graphql-mesh plugin.
