The arminc/clair-local-scan image is build with this Dockerfile inside of clair-local-scan.
arminc/clair-db is built nightly by this Tarvis CI job using the .travis.yml inside of clair-local-scan.
@arminc Maybe this information could be added to the READMEs of clair-scanner and clair-local-scan. What do you think about that?

Yes maybe the doc can be updated, isn't obvious to someone who don't know Travis. Anyway thanks I think the issue can be closed.
