in https://github.com/arms-mbon/data_workspace/blob/main/qualitycontrolled_data/from_gs/qc_report_arms_samples_gsheets_to_plutoF.csv there are rows that report a bad sample_id but in fact the two sample ids - from gs and plutof - are the same. Are there some hidden characters causing the difference? Medium priority - should be fixed but after all other arms issues are closed
