On Windows 10 21H2 the CLI doesn't seem able to build and serve the default template.

Thinking about it, there's no reason to move to Dioxus CLI really, we don't have any pain points with Trunk for now. Will close and reconsider in the future if issues arise with Trunk, or CLI gets a killer feature.
