It's public at #3 It does look like iParl's not sending you anything: the POST logging is so we can see exactly what they're sending us. I think it works with "Actions", think it used to work with "Petitions" but don't think I've (as in: my clients have) used those much recently. Which iParl facility are you using? If you're using Actions and getting nothing through, I'd ask iParl about that, it doesn't sound right. I see you're using the "latest release". This is quite old - my bad. I've just released 1.5.0. It brings in quite a lot of changes to the way things are handled - see the README. However I don't think an upgrade to 1.5 will fix things for you - if iParl aren't sending the data then that's clearly wrong! In sum: clarify here if you're using actions/petitions if iParl are sending empty payloads, you'll have to take that up with them.
