Model structure? about hmmhc HOT 3 OPEN

Ext. figure 1A in the paper is a general illustration. The working H2-IAb model here has 30 hidden states. We are preparing the dedicated manuscript with the details of the models and more targets. You are right, the lack of python 3 support is because of GHMM.

What are these 30 (hidden)states representing? Am I right to say the choice of 30 is to cover all peptide lengths in your data?
