Can you provide more details about the issue you are facing ?
Error message, system configuration, goal of the Python script etc

from cvlib.

This is the error I got,
Im using a Google Colab hosted runtime with GPU & Python 3.6

it appears after i run this cell,

import cvlib as cv
from cvlib.object_detection import draw_bbox
import cv2

But it installs with no error when i run !pip install tensorflow-gpu

tensorflow by itself works without error below

Using TensorFlow backend.
