When we have seen this before, it has been by the hub doing a watchdog reset. Ie it rebooted itself. You can see on the heathub signal entity attributes, how long the hub has been up and see if this correlates. Previously the issue was resolved by a full factory reset and re-setup (not ideal). Otherwise, contact Wiser support.
In terms of the app, I think it either remembers previous battery values when this happens or shows a false reading.

I have not seen reset, but possible. But I checked now, and similar issue happened a very long time, maybe they updated hub's firmware.
So this can be closed, thank you!
