Glad you like the package :)
The fn function is used for rendering the table cells, not handling events. You probably just want to call the function with a regular click handler. See this section of the readme: https://github.com/ecohealthalliance/reactive-table#using-events. You'll have access to the row object and you can call a function to show your dialog box. It looks like your dialog is a template, so you might need to use meteor's UI.render and UI.insert to show it.
