hmm.. I'm not sure how to handle this. Have you tried moving cloudinary before rails_admin in your gemfile?

I tried that but it didn't help. I was able to address by manually including this in the rails_admin initializer:
require 'attachinary/active_record_extension'
ActiveRecord::Base.extend Attachinary::ActiveRecordExtension
Could you add the ActiveRecordExtension to active record outside of the rails engine instead? Why wait to the rails engine initializes? Then we can avoid this engine initialization order situation all together.

I've released 0.0.5 version that is supposed to fix this issue. Update the gem and try it out again. Sorry about all the bugs, it is very early gem release. Thank you kindly for your support! :)
