/proc/sys discovery fails on Fedora 22 about assimilation-official HOT 1 CLOSED

OK. I tried this under a Vagrant Fedora 22 virtual machine (vagrant box version 3.0.3). And it works, exiting with 0, producing valid JSON, and giving the same output each time I ran it.
