Validando contra o XSD está OK!
Reparei que as linhas não estão numeradas de forma correta.
Por exemplo em:

/AuditFile/SourceDocuments/SalesInvoices/Invoice[5]/Line/LineNumber

que só tem uma linha, está marcado como sendo a segunda (2) linha.
