You can update the Subtitle's Metadata attribute after opening your srt. For originalProgramTitle you'll need to use Title and for originalEpisodeTitle you'll need to use STLOriginalEpisodeTitle that I've just added 👍

For now, you can't... but I'd welcome a PR adding those changes. If you're up for it, you can get inspiration from this commit
