No, the 30-day period is only related to the Google App Engine proxy. The page you see is displayed because in the proxy, the method I use to request the access token is annotated with @login_required (see https://github.com/astrada/gd-ocaml-auth/blob/master/main.py#L157). The refresh token will last until you revoke it from this page https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens?hl=en
