Create tag for stable release in packagist about yalinqo HOT 4 CLOSED

The master branch can be considered stable enough, because the only change since registering the package is adding one method. I don't plan to make any substantial changes to the code before the next version of PHP (with yield) is released. If it's some kind of "best practice", please provide links to it, so I can follow it.

Maybe you can add a branch alias to composer.json, so it is possible to add the library as 1.0.*@dev instead of dev-master.
