@izuzak @kevinsawicki This one is pretty weird - I'm not sure why this was thrown from atom-dark-syntax. What do you think?

In some cases it seems to pick the first one from the list. I was seeing this in the deprecation reporting data from windows too. I have not been able to reproduce it yet though.

I added this to an issue in the Notifications package which tracks problems with picking the wrong package for the exception source: atom/notifications#66
The problem related to the define-jump package has already been reported on that package's issue tracker (see hughsk/atom-define-jump#2) so I'm going to close this.
