If by torrent file you mean an actual .torrent file, then sure, you can use bt or any other bittorrent library to process and download the torrent described in a .torrent file. Or are you asking something different?

Can I do like this?
- create
.torrentfile using Webtorrent in node. - get actual data from
.torrentfile using bt in java.
I tried this using ttorrent library but I could see only.partfile...

it does not support webtorrent.
The author may not know the webtorrent protocol.

The problem is, Webtorrent uses WebRTC, and when I last checked it, there
was no reasonably easy way to use it from Java.

I used libretorrent for android and It works correctly...
I think that Webtorrent has many issues now.
