I figured it out, I had to do @"Monthly Marketing Work" and thankfully, the project name was slightly different. If there are projects with the same name, is there any way to pass in a Client?

Currently, Client is a display only without a way to enter a client.
Clients have a one to many relationship to Projects, by an ID number, not a project name. You're not required to have unique project names. But, as long as your projects have unique names, you should be able to select the appropriate Client-Project through the CLI.
Personally, I hardly use Clients other than for grouping while reporting, so I haven't put a lot of thought into how to extend it.

Exactly. And I don’t use clients at all. It is certainly possible to fully support clients with the CLI, but I’ve not given it any thought.
