This issue could be related to some breaking changes introduced in [email protected].

Node 6 is no longer supported
Please upgrade to Node 8 (LTS) or later.

Polyfills for IE 9, IE 10, and IE 11 are no longer included by default (but you can opt in!)
We have dropped default support for Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11. If you still need to support these browsers, follow the instructions below.

First, install react-app-polyfill:

npm install react-app-polyfill
Next, place one of the following lines at the very top of src/index.js:

import 'react-app-polyfill/ie11'; // For IE 11 support

I experienced the same issue testing on Android 6.0
There is another restriction in package.json

"browserslist": [ ">0.2%", "not dead", "not ie <= 11", "not op_mini all" ]

from burner-wallet.

SSL is also an issue. Right now when we host the code in cloudfront, it uses SNI for SSL and that breaks old phones. It's much more expensive to have custom SSL so the solution might be to start running our own webservers to host the static content and use Let's Encrypt for SSL.
