Nick,
I can host Windows integration for autofac on my internal CruiseControl.NET server.
Just need to figure out how to publish the results (email to Google Group topic?)

Sounds great Rinat. Let's start out with a discussion topic - it might be a bit
awkward but seems like the best option right now. I have some web space that we may
be able to link into the wiki somehow, I'll give it some thought...
Thanks for the offer and let me know if I can help out at all.

Tested in latest version, works well.
Notes from Rinat's email:
go.cmd – Cleans, builds and tests solution. Build\Lib contains the primary assemblies.
go.cmd -D:Version=1.2.3.4 – Exactly as above and all primary assemblies use provided
version
go.cmd integrate distrib -D:Version=1.2.3.4 – Exactly as above and Build\Distrib gets
the zip file with bin, test and license.txt
Status: Verified
