Bug in Mono runtime has been fixed in 1.2.6.
Compiled and installed Mono Olive trunk version, all core functionality runs
successfully, two tests fail. One is GC behaviour, so may not be a bug (WeakReference
not disposed,) and the second is in the code compilation routine in
InterceptingDelegateActivator - will investigate. NUnit output below:
