Perhaps a better fix for this one is to remove WithOwnership for provided instance
registrars. Disposing an existing global/static object (the most common use case)
might be a nasty unintended consequence if the developer is not mindful of the
default disposal semantics anyway.

ProvidedInstanceRegistrar now attaches the instance directly to the container's
disposer upon registration.
