Updated solution from an internal discussion:
- Type remains a string
- You can have postType, and userRole rules in a single file
- userRoles rules override postType rules, and this would be an opinionated hierarchy that we would be enforcing. We will document this and ensure that it is known.
- This hierarchy should be customizable via a filter, and should be viewable as well in the same way that the user role view as UI works.
