I have already identified what is happening and the solution reacted correctly by correcting the problem in one of the stack instance.

@ipsensejuan - Can you please share the resolution step you followed to resolve this issue? I am facing exact same problem and have tried multiple things but no luck.

Take a look at the stack instance of the created stackset.
Usually there it shows the detail of the problem in cloudformation.
If you haven't reached cloudformation, you can check the codebuild log that processed the manifest.yaml.
I can help you if you can share information about running codebuild, step function and cloudformation.
