Looking at the description, I do not believe the CRT is affected by that particular vulnerability.

Maybe this vulnerability cannot be used from aws-crt but the fact that we use a library not supported from 2 years is not really safe... Mostly on component dependent of standard and security things.
It can be replaced i think directly by the ws package which offer same possibilities now of websocket-stream package.
