Same issue using gradlew wrapper within your project. It does attempt to run on gradle 6.3
from aws-mysql-jdbc.

Hello, thanks for your report. We are also seeing this on our end. We believe it is due to https://repository.jboss.org/ experiencing outages, so the related dependencies cannot be pulled by gradle. Hopefully this is just a temporary outage; we'll continue monitoring https://repository.jboss.org/, once it is up again I would expect this issue to go away. Please let us know if you need any other info
