Route53 Custom Error Unmarshalling about aws-sdk-kotlin HOT 3 CLOSED

The error response for InvaildChangeBatch doesn't match the normal format expected for restXml errors. From the Go v2 SDK tests, sample InvalidChangeBatch response:

The customization seems simple enough (sample Go v2 SDK implementation).
