If you want to submit a PR, you can add event listeners for touch events here alongside the other DOM events we listen to. We then convert the DOM events into a normalized event using normalizers defined here. You can similarly add a normalizer that converts the touch events into the normalized mouse events that diagram maker uses internally. That way changes would not be required in other places.

If you want to do this outside diagram maker, it will take more effort. You will have to attach the event listeners and then turn them into diagram maker actions for node, edge, etc.
