Should have a more distinctive name about fargatecli HOT 3 OPEN

Thanks for opening this. We're planning on moving this into the awslabs organization, at which point I was mulling a rename to fargate-cli or fgctl or something. I haven't given it much thought yet, but distinctiveness is the goal.

Actually, I may continue to incubate it here for the time being... I still think a rename is a good idea.
