FYI - for anyone else who watches the video and can't get a task running, the video is misleading. You need additional configuration. The minimum I found that worked was:
fargate task run web --image repo/container:latest \
--subnet-id subnet-xxxxxxxxxxxxx \
--security-group-id sg-xxxxxxxxxxxxfrom fargatecli.
