Option 1: Date stays constant if no navigation, natural-language characterization respects actual date.
Option 2: Date adapts to actual date, i.e. implicit navigation.
Under option 2 one can directly start to fill time pairs, no additional click needed. A disadvantage is that unfilled entries are out of view due to implicit navigation.
Under option 1 there is no non-user-initiated navigation, enhancing predictability of the UX.
It is conceivable that there is a setting to choose between option-1-or-2 behaviour.

Decision for now: we start with implementing option 1.
Kommen/Gehen buttons for non-current days are disabled as an extra UX enhancement
