[WoLK] On Borean Tundra, quest 11626 can't kill the target ELite. about azerothcore-wotlk HOT 4 OPEN

Comments in WowHead for this quest from 2009 says that you have to finish killing him.
So isn't the issue here should bve that you can't target & kill him instead of "The elite should be killed by one hit." ?

Do you mean that, the left 2% HP， we should done it by our character? I don't know, maybe you are right.
But you see, the monster's attributes are higher than us for more, it could kill us with just one or two hit times.
And I remember that, playing it in the Blizzard official server, we could kill it with the spear just in one hit.

This week I was finally able to build Azerothcore and try to see if something was wrong. (Docker installation, commit: 40bbba6 )

As I remember my pexing in Wotlk Classic and the Wowhead Comments, this is working as intended 👍 The fight isn't easy!

I'm wondering how you could do it.

In my experience, when we received the task, our level was about 68, and the equipment on our bodies was also the blue equipment rewarded by the task.
And this quest is a personal quest. If the npc given quest item can'nt kill this elite mob, i don't think i can kill it by my character self.
