Golang Handler encountering System.Net.Sockets.SocketException about functions-custom-handlers HOT 1 OPEN

I suggest trying to run this locally with trace enabling. I just ran into a similar issue and it was just an underlying error that doesn't get caught.

In your host.json

Basically the custom handler attempts to cold start your app and then send an http request to the webserver

If somethign is failing in your init() function I don't think it will ever connect

Also did you set the environment variable AZU_KEY_VAULT_URI somewhere? In your app settings in the portal or locally in your local.settings.json (if running locally)?
