1826 is specifically an issue with FSharp, I don't think they're related. Likely the way we're resolving connections doesn't seem to work with : or __. The switch to AzureClientFactory might fix this (#1566) but will do some digging.

Actually, looks like the issue might be on the WebJobs side not providing the full connection name to the dotnet worker:
Culprit is likely here. I have some ideas for a fix but will discuss with the team and see if we can get something in for this sprint. If it's a WebJobs change, could be a couple weeks whilst we wait on a release from that side.
