Workaround
You can go download macro-free versions of the checklists from https://github.com/Azure/review-checklists/tree/main/spreadsheet/macrofree. If you still want to work with the macro-enabled workbook, you could follow these steps to allow the download:
- Go to WIndows Security, Protection Security, and in the event matching the download (probably the top one), in the available actions (bottom right) select "Allow".
- After being downloaded, WIndows Security will quarantine the file after a match with the signature
Trojan:Win32/Caynamer.A!ml. Go to Windows Security -> Protection Security, find the related event (again, probably the top one) and select the action "Restore". - After the file is downloaded, you can proceed with the usual process to allow macros as described in https://github.com/Azure/review-checklists?tab=readme-ov-file#security-settings-running-macros.

The steps above are just a workaround, we should work with the Windows Security team to prevent this false positive.

Today the download is not blocked any more, maybe Windows Security reverted the checkings... Leaving the issue open for a while just in case.
