i do not use github actions. I deploy the template through azure DevOps (but t should be the same issue in Github Actions. 'cause it's not caused by the DevOps platform).
You are not able to backup WebApp into Premium LRS Storage Account
the problem is there is nothing avoiding de scheduling of this backup using the ARM template or the cmdlet "Edit-AzWebAppBackupConfiguration". The scheduling is successful even the storage Accounts is "Premium LRS Sku" . But the backups fail then
from webapps-deploy.
