We are moving away from having multiple independent requester services orchestrating on the same compute node. Since a compute node now belongs to a single network, then the network just needs to make sure execution IDs are unique even if multiple requester instances are scheduling on the same compute node.
Our implementation uses UUIDs for executionIDs, so they are globally unique
from bacalhau.
