А почему так, как это понимать? Условия выигрыша - подписка на канал. Но бот не проверяет подписку в момент финала розыгрыша. Это ведь не правильно. В чем такова суть?
Если в конкурсе указано что надо подписаться на другой канал а пользователь потом оттуда отпишется
