I agree with you sir but what about the contributors who are investing their time and doing the quality contributions, #120 See this PR is this, not a quality contribution

Please, see to it that many of us have contributed quality PR's, it may seem that most PR's are not good, but there are some people who have spent their time in contributing and making those pull requests ...
We would be highly obliged if you could accept some of these PR's as accepted by HacktoberFest.
