Fixed in commit 0401b8b: Fix loadImage(): was not reusing images
- Avoid reading the same file twice if it has already been loaded.
- Add pdfImage.hash and use a SHA512 hash to compare loaded images to stored images, instead of comparing all image bytes.
- Add pdfImage.backColor because two images with transparency
and a different background color are different.
Note: the file size is about 600K now (because image streams are compressed)
and the page generation is faster.
