Filename when downloaded is always "transactions.txt", it is comma separated. Each column is wrapped in double quotes ("for","example"). The .txt file does not have headers.

Great, thanks @BrianSetz! I've updated the configuration template above based on your response.
We'll need to do up a plugin to parse column 4 and apply it to column 5. Also need to look at parsing the date and maybe introducing date parsing as a general parameter.
