I have implemented this code and it works great on its own.
However I need to be within <s:form> tags as there is other data I need to
collect
along with the file. The other fields within the <form> are not passed through
in
the request parameters hence loose the other fields.
Would be useful if it used the <s:submit> functionality as the whole reason for
using this control is that the <s:file> is not compatible with the dojo/ajax
<sx:submit>
This would be awesome if it does this.

We ended up pulling this plugin as it has some other side effects. We ended up
redesigning the page to be less dependant on AJAX.
I will check our code base to see what I comments I can find.
