It looks like electron-builder package makes some requests to https://service.electron.build and this website is currently down. There is nothing that I can do, you need a Linux machine in order to build for Linux (Or you can create a docker container for building) see: electron-userland/electron-build-service#9

I can get acess to a linux machine, so just running npm run build on linux would do?
