You don't have to do that. It should run by itself.

what is the reason behind not allowing for the queue listener from cli ?
another app has a connection to db and i want to write the queues directly to db table. because of that i need to be able to run the queues from cli.
it is trivial to enable it and im just asking why did you chose not to ?
if somebody searches for something similar then try with "davelip/laravel-database-queue"
