text-color is unable to apply about textrecognitiondatagenerator HOT 5 CLOSED

There was indeed a problem with the implementation.

From now on, color is passed as an RGB string. Same goes for ranges.

python3 run.py -c 10 -w 5 -tc '#000000,#FFFFFF'
