Deletes unrelated index.ts files about barrelsby HOT 5 CLOSED

Thanks - I think I understand now: If there are any files which have the same name as the barrels (e.g. index.ts - they will get deleted.

I think to resolve this we may need to add a comment or something to the generated files, so that barrelsby knows which ones are safe to delete, and which ones should be left alone.

Would sound good to me. Also it can be considered a good pattern in general to mark auto-gen'd files as such

Thanks for the contribution 👍 I think this has been reported in issue #52 so I will close for now (and try and get around to resolving the issue) but if that is incorrect let me know and we can reopen it 😄

Also potentially barrelsby should exclude node_modules by default - I'll add an issue for that.

Worth noting, src/models/index.ts wasn't targeted under the excludes pattern. Which is why I opened this issue (I was aware of #52)
