Automatic start for kiosk applications about tabcarousel HOT 3 CLOSED

Thanks for the feedback, Frankie! I've added your feature request at http://github.com/benjaminoakes/TabCarousel/issues/1. I'm thinking I'll add an option for what you've requested, since it would make sense for how I use Carousel as well.

I've implemented this on the "automaticStart" branch. After testing it more on my kiosk mode use, I'll merge it in and release.

I've tested this feature for a little more than a week. I haven't found any problems with it so far -- it's coming out in the next release (0.5.2).
