I do no think it's good to implement that because uncrustifying every saved file could be a problem when you don't want to uncrustify the file. For example, some files have a specific/custom formatting and by implementing that, you have no fallback to avoid to uncrustify the file.
If you have breakpoints, it could also be an issue (I wouldn't like to see my breakpoints to be desynchronised when I save a source file).
I think that uncrustify must be a manual operation.
In the meantime, there is now a menu item to uncrustify all the selected files in the project navigator (00a949b). This feature could be a nice alternative.
