Yeah it's a consequence of the new feature (#8) allowing the plugin to reformat the code following the Xcode preferences after an uncrustification.
Even if the file is not modified, the Xcode API marks the file as changed. Note that Xcode does the same thing if you select a portion of code and then type the tab key (if tab key is set to indent always in the indentation preferences of Xcode).
So, I couldn't fix that.
