Allow `nonce` to be passed in SD-JWT `verify` method about sd-jwt-ts HOT 4 OPEN

I think using some constant of SdJwt.Any might work. the SdJwt.asertClaimInPayload takes a claim key and value, but that will ignore the nesting.

and the user can pass in an object which must be inside the JWT, would that suffice?
